Commonly called OCR, this process is used to make your files searchable from receipt numbers to fine print text. OCR is the recognition of printed or written text by a computer which is analysed and then converted to either text or numerical characters.

For example you can define fields such as age, gender, case number, and clients first or last name and so on.
